Keukenhof Gardens
Every spring the area surrounding Hillegom explodes in bloom with tulips and other flowers! In the region, there is the famous Keukenhof Gardens where you can stroll through one of the largest flower exhibitions in the world.
This exhibition is open from March 19 until May 10.

King’s Day is one of the most Dutch celebrations! You can celebrate in larger cities like Leiden or Haarlem by wandering through flea markets and enjoying outdoor concerts in the parks. For adventurers, take a day trip to Amsterdam, but get there early, as it can get extremely crowded.
